Frns of Frns transformed a secluded 1980s villa into an immersive social art experience exploring the contradictions of contemporary wellness culture. Across pools, saunas, bedrooms, and hidden spaces, the evening invited guests to move through an environment where rituals of self-care met the realities of overstimulation, digital acceleration, and emotional fatigue.
The program opened with a site-specific performance by Camila Mos, whose work activated the architecture of the villa before unfolding into a shared evening of music, drinks, and conversation. Rather than separating exhibition from gathering, the event allowed both formats to coexist, encouraging encounters between artists, collectors, and the wider community.
Supported by Aqua Monaco, Daluma, and Garibaldi, *The Cigarettes Sanctuary* continued Frns of Frns' exploration of new formats that bring art closer to people—and people closer together.
