Sugar Table by Julia Walk @ Salon c/o
For this special FRNS of FRNS finissage at SALON c/o, works by Julia Walk from her series Sugar Muscles and Hairy Girl Summer were placed in dialogue with curated table objects, transforming familiar forms into subtle provocations. Through humor, pop culture, and feminist perspectives, the exhibition opened space for reflection on how bodies and identities are shaped, displayed, and consumed in everyday life.
The evening unfolded as a shared experience rather than a quick visit. Guests gathered for the finissage, engaged in conversation with the artist, and continued the night together over drinks at Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor. In line with FRNS of FRNS etiquette, the focus was on presence, continuity, and community — arriving on time, staying for the full journey, and engaging without distraction. SUGAR TABLE became not just an exhibition, but a setting for connection, exchange, and collective reflection.
